With a PhD in Social Work and a career as an Associate Professor, researcher, and mentor, I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people and organizations achieve their goals. My work spans coaching students and young professionals, guiding doctoral candidates, and leading multidisciplinary teams on multi-million-dollar projects.

What We Do

Individual Coaching
Initial Consultation (30 minutes): $50 One-on-One Coaching Sessions: $100/hour (prorated for 30 or 45 minutes)

Professional & Organizational Coaching
Small Teams (up to 10 members): $750 for a 2-hour session, $1,250 for a half-day session (4 hours), or $2,000 for a full-day session (6-8 hours). Medium to Large Teams (10-50 members): $1,250 for a 2-hour session, $2,000 for a half-day session, or $3,500 for a full-day session. Ongoing Engagement: $3,000 per month for up to 4 sessions (ideal for teams or organizations needing sustained coaching support).

Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Workshops (Interactive, Tailored to Your Needs): $1,000 for a 2-hour workshop or $1,800 for a half-day workshop (4 hours). Keynote Speaking Engagements: Starting at $1,500 for a 45-60 minute talk, depending on audience size and event location.
